* Get UBL Mesh Generation, Mesh Save & Mesh Load working with 32-Bit platforms

* clean up read_data() and write_data() for non-LPC1768 HAL's

* Get read_data() and write_data() return codes consistent

All HAL's read_data() and write_data() return false if they succeed.

* Get read_data() and write_data() return codes to be consistent

Make read_data() and write_data() return true if an error happens.

* Say UBL is now checked out on machine types in default Configuration.h file.

Configuration for Velleman K8400 Vertex

Configuration files for the K8400, ported upstream from the official Velleman firmware. Like its predecessor, (K8200), the K8400 is a 3Drag clone. There are some minor differences, documented in pins_K8400.h.

Single and dual head configurations provided. Copy the correct Configuration.h and Configuration_adv.h to the /src/config directory.

NOTE: This configuration includes the community sourced feed rate fix. Use 100% feed rate in Repetier!
